Very well balanced, doesn't penalize harshly for failure; just play smarter – Super Glyph Quest Review

SGQ isn't an easy game, but it's not impossible. The (possibly final?) worst boss I've faced is properly very difficult to beat. The worst punishment in this game is that you must replay the adventure levels to regain healing items and money for healing items. The game rewards you for figuring out better ways to make chains and better setups to get the spells you need. It'd be one thing if you needed in-app purchasing and the game was somehow unfair, but this game is fair. You know how you died, and if you lost, it wasn't because the game was programmed to pull off some highly improbable action to defeat you. You pay once for it and have all the time (and no need to spend more money) to improve your skills.
