Update no longer shows customer name – PhoneSwipe - Merchant Services Review
I really like this processor but now when I do a transaction the customer's name no longer shows up automatically, I have to input it if I want it. My transactions show "unnamed customer." Why the change?
I did e-mail for customer support and also called. They are not sure why this is happening and could not find a solution. They suggested that I leave a review on this forum.
