Everything was good on this app until today’s update. Right after I manually charge the credit card, the app closes! I’m not able to fill in customer name and email recipients etc. I have to reopen the app and go in to type in the recipients email addresses but I can’t do the same for customer name.

I’ve used this app one time. I decided to test the transaction by using my own credit card for a see how fast it goes thru. Well they accepted my dollar and have yet to see the deposit. It’s important to read reviews for any app. I should have read the reviews prior to opening an account. Although this test run was six months ago, haven’t seen my money YET!!! I suggest using Square, no delays and you can receive your money instantly. And I mean instantly!!! This allows me to quickly close each client’s account. Square.com or get the app

I really like this processor but now when I do a transaction the customer's name no longer shows up automatically, I have to input it if I want it. My transactions show "unnamed customer." Why the change? I did e-mail for customer support and also called. They are not sure why this is happening and could not find a solution. They suggested that I leave a review on this forum.

The convenience of being able to accept credit card payments literally anywhere is fantastic, and I love that. The problem I've consistently experienced with phone swipe is that when it comes to actually swiping the card, it only works about 40% of the time. The remaining time I have to manually enter the credit card number and information into the app, which not only takes longer but it also charges me a more expensive processing fee. Because the app is unreliable and cumbersome when processing non-swipeable transactions, I can't recommend it.

Just downloaded the updated version of the app on 01/31/2017 and the app won't open on any of my devices. It shuts off. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!

This company will not close my account and I have paid several unclear invoices, made several phone calls and have returned hardware only to continue to be harassed. Beware of this company.
