Why can't I start a game – Optia Review

Update: My phone wouldn't sync properly and so I had to restore it from a backup. Once it was restored, Optia worked just like it's supposed to. Unfortunately, all of my progress was erased and the advanced levels were locked. If you've encountered a similar problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I wish I had tried this before my stupid phone went blooey and required resetting… it might've saved all my progress. -------- Just updated this the other day and now it won't let me play at all. I can see the levels menu but nothing works to start playing. What happened?
