Purchased this and it doesn’t work – Stickmoji Stickers Animations Review

I paid the $1.99 to get all the stickers. It will not let me access them. Then I notice it says it’s now free! Can you give me my money back? Or do something to make it work? I click the restore purchases and nothing happens. Please fix this!
