What is this?!?! – Subscriber & Video View Analyzer Tool for YouTube Review

I paid to get coins for subscribers and I got the coins and spent some of them on Subscribers and I still had some left so when I went out of the app to see if it worked and then would go back in to the app not only did I not get any subscribers (after waiting a hour) and I lost the other coins I paid for!!! What kind of app is this that just takes your money and doesn't give you what you paid for!!!
