Fees – Galaxy Theatres Review

Y’all. You pay a booking fee to maintain the website and app, which is done through a third party company that Galaxy has to pay. It’s not cheap. These booking fees are common across every movie theatre for purchasing tickets online. To the people saying that the show times are off: in short, they’re not. The website and app are updated directly from the movie scheduling system. You’re probably looking at the wrong theater. To the people that buy tickets to the wrong theater and blame the app: nope, user error. When you select a “favorite” theatre, it just puts it on top. You’ll get tickets for whichever theatre you actually select. The app doesn’t randomly assign a theater.
