Doesn’t work on my IPhone X – Starfire for Clash Royale Review

I heard and I have seen that this app is amazing from friends around me but it won’t run on the iPhone X at all and just sits there I’ve left it on that for 10 min and nothing happens even after closing deleting and reinstalling.. please is this a bug and can I be fixed ?
