Pretty Good – GlitchCam: Video, Photo, AR Review

I'm not happy with how much it ends up costing, and that it's separated into two apps. But I've been playing with it for the past three days, and it's an incredibly fun and stable app. I'd love to see more control over the VHS and Camera filters in future updates. You can't really use the VHS filter without completely crushing your image in upload mode, and it'd be nice to use Camera without the noise.
