Purchased credits that I’m not able to use – Graffwriter by Graffiti Fonts® Review

Purchased credits and was charged, but none of the extra fonts can be downloaded with the credits. The basic fonts are good, but not being able to use the $16 of credits I purchased for the extra fonts is upsetting. Not able to contact anyone to help with this issue. The email contact doesn’t work.
