Problems with recorder. – Voice Recorder - Audio Memo! Review

I just purchased this app on 2/13/18 and I’m very disappointed that this does not work !!!! I have tried to record conversations several times with volume turned up with no success. The first two times I was testing it and playing it back and all I got was a whisper of my voice. I would like a refund on this app that I was practically forced to pay the fee of $3.99 due to the continuous ads that kept popping up one after another and keeping me from using the recorder that doesn’t work any way!!! Apple, Inc. needs to be informed of the shady tactics that are being used with this unusable app. I don’t usually write reviews but I hate being rob!!!!
