Barely functional – MTA Subway Time Review

Like everything the MTA does, this is perhaps the worst execution of an app that tells you train arrival times. You can't favorite stations, you have to endlessly scan through screens for both train lines and stations. For some reason, uptown and downtown stops are just in an arbitrary single page. So many features that could be just don't exist: perhaps commute train stops which it sends you push notifications for during your commute time so you know when the trains are arriving. Or the same form delays on your commute route. Finally, it has the visual polish of a middle school poster. All said and done, it's actualy what I expect from the MTA. An embarrassing bad app to go along with an embarrassingly bad subway system.
