2018 Jan after apples news update I can’t download anything – Video Grabby - Video Save & Video Editor Review

Even if I didn’t update I am sure Apple won’t make this app work anyways, should I delete his app now ? or wait and see if My Paid money will Paid off ?? Video editing never worked I just used for downloads.
