Good idea but poor execution – Ember - Temperature Matters Review

My problem is that cup fails to recharge regularly. It seems connection between cup and saucer requires great precision to engage. A product like this needs to be pretty bulletproof or one is better off with the old fashion low tech mug. Mine being returned.
