I thought it was lost forever – Fitbit Finder - lost Fitbit Review

I let a friend borrow my Fitbit One to see if he would like it. When we got back from lunch, the case was still attached to him but the Fitbit was not in the case. We retraced our steps and even went back to the restaurant to look for it but no luck. I was heartbroken and he felt so bad about losing it. Anyway he got me a new one and then I put signs up at work with a picture of the Fitbit and asked everyone to keep an eye out for it. About two month later, a guy at work said he found something under the front seat of the company car and asked if it was what I was looking for. OMG! It was my Fitbit One. I could not believe he found it especially since I had looked in that car the first day it went missing. Needless to say I was ecstatic! I gave my friend the one he bought me to replace mine and immediately downloaded the "Fitbit Finder". And I hate to say but I've already had to use it. The cat knocked my Fitbit into the trash can and I had no idea what happened to it. So I got out my phone, turned on the "Find My Fitbit" app and after a little while going from room to room, I found it. I was so happy that the app worked and I found it. I tell everyone who has a Fitbit whether it's one like mine or one they wear on their arm that this is the best app ever!!!! Just had to share my story with you! Oh can you put the same app on your phone & iPad or do you have to buy it again? Please let me know as sometimes I just have the iPad and not my phone with me. Thanks for such a good app! ~~ Sheryl
