Can’t unlock the rest of the puzzles – Kids Car, Trucks - Puzzles Review

I know we have purchased the rest of the puzzles in the app on my kids ipad, but it won’t allow me to unlock them on my MIL Ipad. It won’t even allow us to pay again, it does nothing. My kids love these puzzles but are beyond just four pieces
