Works great, but had to pay twice? – WardenCam Video Surveillance Review

I used this on my Kindle as a camera as set up my iPhone as a viewer. No problem, worked great. Decided I wanted to set up another camera (old iPhone) and it said I had to pay again. Even though I signed in with the email I was using for the others. When I contacted customer support, they said "you have to pay again because you didn't purchase on the app store". I had purchased, just on my Kindle. It was my understanding that I only had to pay once, as long as I used the same log-in. This would be a five star review if it weren't for that.
