Good but voice dictation is flaky. – Quip - Docs, Chat, Sheets Review

If you do voice dictation instead of typing, sometimes you can no longer edit the document. So you have to back out of the document and reopen it in order to get text editing to work again. They've known about this problem for over a year, and still have not fixed it!!
