Suggestion for transferring – Pokémon GO Review

Maybe for evolved Pokémon, adding an extra candy per transfer for each evolution? Example; Pichu=1; Pikachu=2; Riachu=3? Just so you get more out of it for giving up “higher” Pokémon.
