I can’t register – Playr® - Make and Play Games Review

Whats going on? I can’t register because i tried 3 emails and it said the user already exists but it isn’t. I tried to register with Facebook. Guess what? Didn’t work. It said the app was in development mode. Without registering, I can’t make or play games. Very disappointing ???????????!
