Problem recovering account – Puzzle Cards Review

I love the game! But for some reason it will not load my progress! When I got a new phone and reinstalled last year no problem, but when I had to reset recently it wipped out all progress of game and there's nothing to click in the app to reconnect (apart from restore purchase, which I tried- no luck). VERY dissapointed I can't get my original game/progress back. Not sure I'm willing to start from scratch!
