Started getting ads on the paid version... – Nightstand Central Alarm Clock Review

I purchased Nightstand Central several years ago, and have been using it on both my iPhone and iPad without a glitch, until I started noticing ads last night. I tried restoring the app (per app instructions) and resetting my phone to no avail. Please advise.
