Very dissatisfied and unhappy – FilterPop for Snapchat Review

So I am throwing my boyfriend a 30th birthday party and I went to iTunes to purchase this app FilterPop to create a Snapchat filter for the night in question. I was unaware that Snapchat had their own way to create a Snapchat filter through the app. Whatever so This app first they made me purchase a subscription which was no problem I could design a filter whenever for whatever occasion I thought to myself how exciting. So I purchased the year subscription 39.99 no problem filters all year we on... so I proceed on to design and purchase this customized Snapchat filter for my significant other. A few days later I go back to look at the design that I had made ....to see if it had been approved or not. I could not find any evidence of the filter. Mind you the money had been taken off my account annual subscription of $39.99 plus $54.99 to design the filter and have it at the place of my choice. So to my disbelief I had to call iTunes and have them cancelled everything and refund my money. I was basically robbed and now I’ll be rushing to design a filter with the party in exactly 2 days ):...and iTunes told me they were unable to refund me the $54.99 as I would have to contact the dealer because they send the money to them ... ha lucky me. Ha 30th Birthday babe
