? Upgraded my phone but... ? – Sky Gamblers Air Supremacy Review

Still not resolved. Developers don’t care, once you buy their game they’ve already made their money off of you so at that point you become irrelevant. _____ Upgraded my iPhone 6S to X and now my rank is private?! Basically starting all over again.. It’s been 9 weeks now and there’s still no way to restore my iCloud scores and rank. I’ve logged out and back into my account and have restored purchases to no avail. The Support is basically non-existent and when they actually reply they’re insulting. Contacted developer but no reply for weeks. Then suddenly, out of the blue there was a very short email reply telling me I had to use iCloud on the old iPhone 6S and play some games to make sure it saves the progress, then log in with the same iCloud info on the new phone and play some games for it to restore. When I replied explaining that it’s exactly what I’d already done, several times in fact and over several days (still own the old phone), the response was very brief: “That's pretty much not possible, iCloud works just fine.” That was it. ? ?‍♂️ I guess I was just imagining all of it and I did NOT play the game for several hours on my iPhone 6s and I did NOT log back into iCloud on my new iPhone X. I guess that’s pretty much NOT POSSIBLE, I was simply imagining. Unbelievable... ?
