Well, tbh I have not ordered from them because they have been out of the food our dog needs. I thought that they would get more after a week, but they have not. Will adjust rating when/if I ever order from them. I am very disappointed that I could not. Edit 1/27/18: heard from the pet store the food my dog needs is hard to get everywhere. It is not chewy’s issue. Apparently the manufacturer is having a hard time.
