Simplify Please!!! – Kroger Review

The Kroger stores are moving everything around for the natures market. So I don't know if the item is in natures market or should I go traipsing through the store to try to find it? it's absolutely just a waste of customers time and energy.. and then you ask an associate, they don't know either because Kroger management has decided to move things all around so nobody knows where anythings at.. is this really the best choice for Kroger customers ? I don't think so, ..so that they can move the alcohol section into natures market? such was the case with the Alexis Road/Lewis Avenue Kroger in Toledo. Now that being said and VERY fed up customer, I thought well I'll give Clicklist a try.. this is even a worse waste of time. You can't put ANY ITEM on a shopping list and then move it over to the cart. And you can't put an item from the weekly ad into the cart , only the shopping list, but then if you're shopping through Clicklist this is useless because you can't put it into your cart from the shopping list, And then you can't see if your Digital coupons are matched up for the items in your cart or the items in your shopping list unless you go into the coupon section and search for each item individually , then you have to go back-and-forth between the shopping list and the coupon section and the cart..WOW!but wait there's more ...once you have spent hours preparing your online cart end you go to pick up your order.. a significant amount of the items are not in ! Oh, but you could have had substitutions, but you didn't get substitutions because you didn't select "allow substitutions" .. because there was no explanation on the app of what the Kroget Clicklist, substitution policy is..so you don't want to get a non-organic product when you have purchased an organic product, so to speak. I am college-educated, savvy shopper..who's trying to make healthy and wise choices for her family.. Kroger you are greatly impeding on my ability to "shop smart".The only reason why I gave a 2 stars rating instead of a one star rating, is the large selection of organic products that you do have.. albeit I have to hunt them down! I truly don't think that these would be that difficult of the above mentioned to make the navigation in the app much simpler. Or just put all the organic stuff back in nature's neighborhood in the store and I won't ever have to use click list. Or fix the issues with the click list app and simplify the in-store shopping for organic products and make many customers happy with her there shopping online or in the store. Don't I don't Think it's right for those of us who choose healthier foods should be punished with wasting our time and energy. In fact there of been several times I've been in the store in natures market and there are people who are disabled and wheelchairs whom are having to try to figure out where products are. And the employees find it very unproductive as well. And unfortunately, click list is not an easier nor more productive way to shop at Kroger.
