Item availability updates too slow – Starbucks Review

I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich and proceeded to drive all the way to Starbucks to pick up my order. I arrived to find and empty paper bag (the ones the food arrives in) with someone’s writing on it letting me know that they are all out of what I ordered. I ended up having to stand in line to get a refund and left empty handed. Starbucks needs to do a better job updating available inventory for their app, so that customers don’t waste their time going to Starbucks for nothing. I think I’ll just go to Pete’s instead, they have better coffee anyway.
