Keyboard does NOT work! – Samsung Smart TV remote myTifi Review

The keyboard is only accessible when typing within the seat tv home screen. Does not work with any apps (Facebook, Youtube, Amazon). Unacceptable considering I paid to unlock the keyboard. I want a refund.
