Broken Violent Runes – Summoners War Review

If your plan is to play this game for the PvM aspect this game is a ton of fun and can easily be an enjoyable game via FTP or PTW. (Just realize they push PvP over PvM and it will be difficult to not PvP) If the plan is to play this game for PvP or Full Content, please realize it can be enjoyed but that there is a major glitch to their PvP aspect. They have what they call violent runes (gives a character a chance to take an additional turn with "22%" chance). This proc is about right in PvM and while I believe it a bit low in PvP offense, its close enough. However it is around 50% on PvP defense. It's been addressed, and appears that the developers just don't care. You will lose to REPEATED violent procs. I've seen the same monster take 5 turns in a row and none of mine (all on violent) ever taken a turn. Truly is ridiculously annoying. It was asked if they could limit it, and because nobody would play their real time PvP due to this they changed it for their Real Time Arena, but have refused to fix it for their other PvP aspects. As a long time player, if you're considering downloading this game, DON'T!! At least not until they fix this broken glitch. Thank You. PS. It's annoying that you can't even say a monsters name in chat due to a profanity filter, even through in the storyline the game uses profanity. Clearly someone was lacking Common Sense.
