Let me make it quick, if you have the original MGSV or MGS Ground Zero’s the app will work, however if you have the definitive edition the problem is that when you try to open the app and log in it checks with the PS4 to make sure that the game “MGSVPP” or “MGSVGZ” (corresponding game) is running, if you have the definitive edition or any other version of the game programmatically the PS4 reads it as a different game.Simply put, as far as the PS4 is concerned launching the app with the definitive edition will be treated the same as launching the app with Uncharted game running.
