Needs local multiplayer – Rummikub® Review

This is a multiplayer game - we need a multiplayer option without a internet connection! There are lots of times where there isn't internet but I want to play against other people sitting near me (like on an airplane or another place with no cell signal / wifi), so a local multiplayer option with multiple devices would be PERFECT!
