Too expensive and they spam with emails – Blinkist: Big Ideas in 15 Min Review

It’s a good concept- but there isn’t an affordable option. It’s also hard to navigate/browse- they give you only a few suggestions and that’s it. I signed up for a week long free trial and within 6 hours had 5 spam emails from them. Why do companies intentionally try to piss people off?
