Is this "pay to win" kind of game ? – Blitz Brigade: Rival Tactics Review

U guys really need to start create a level balanced system, cuz somehow im keep gettin one shotted. Atleast give us newbie a chance, cuz we're not some rich kids that can afford to buy those luxury diamonds.
