Update needed – Weather Radio by WDT Review

Since I update my iPhone to the latest iOS the app opens to a black screen until it finally loads then when I tap on a city to get the forecast I get a bunch of squiggly lines at the top until it loads. The app needs some work but still is a useful tool.
