Seriously, computer needs to be on wireless? – PowerDVD Remote Review

PowerDVD 17 Ultra Home theatre PC, hooked up to home network via Ethernet, running PowerDVD iPhone 7 The remote control app on iPhone cannot find and connect to PowerDVD on the same network. This app needs the computer to be on wireless and not wired? Even though phone and computer are within same network? If app is not compatible with PowerDVD 17 then change the QR code which brought me to this wrong app! If app is compatible but demands computer to be on wireless, forget it. I want my money back.
