Saying no net connection – Banki by Emirates NBD Review

Assalamualikum! Is there any bug problem..? When ever try to talk lay the game saying no net connection.. net connection is ok but still its saying no net connection. Why is that. Graphic and music plus presentation is beautiful.. can you tel me what he problem acutely?
