Negligent in App Purchases – Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire Review

I enjoyed the game however while loading the app experienced technical difficulty and then charge me $99 for a in app purchase which was not authorized with my fingerprint. Before downloading this game be aware that you could accidentally spend money while the system is loading or glitching and they will not issue a refund. I have no idea how this is legal or how their customer service could be this negligent. I offered for them to delete my account and returned items immediately which they just quoted company policy.
