I HATE this app – Old Navy: Shop for New Clothes Review

The fingerprint sign on NEVER EVER works so then it wants all my sign-in again. Once I finally reset and get back into my account it doesn’t remember ANY of my card information so then I have to type that in. Also the promos have a nasty habit of either falling off the order during check out or not applying at all and either I have to hand type them in or I have to call customer service and have them applied retroactively. Huge pain in the butt and I cannot figure out how they haven’t fixed these bugs yet.
