Ap needs major help! – Old Navy: Shop for New Clothes Review

I order from Old Navy minimum once a month and it’s usually from my phone. The shopping experience is usually frustrating and annoying via the ap. Constant entering password, erases my entire cart, item cannot be added to cart, etc. Please fix this as it’s sooooo frustrating sometimes I just give up and don’t place my order!!!!
