HELP!! – Case Clicker Review

Okay so it's a great game but sometimes I close the game and when I play it again my progress is reset I uninstalled the game to fix it and my internet went down so I thought that it will start installing but it didn't and it's glitched and there isn't any data in my storage. It only says update in the app store.
