Fun but one big glitch

This game is pretty fun, but the item upgraded is completely rigged. It claims there is either a 60%, 45%, or 15% but that is all bull. I did the 45% 10 times before it worked once, which is statistically improbable maybe a 5% chance that could ever happen. All of the mini games are supposedly rigged, so just avoid those and it’s good

The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because they don’t update it often enough, and the people who play this game daily like me want things like opening multiple cases at once. I open hundreds of cases a day trying to get every skin in every wear and it gets very boring and hard if you open them one by one. Great game, but it gets boring after some time.

I do not under stand the luck ratio and win chance in this game the item upgrades never upgrades on 60% more than a coin toss and jackpot oh lord help jackpot. I have lost 5 times in a row losing my best items I went from 98% lost to 80% lost to 75% lost to 65% and I lost with 60% The system odds are so bad I always lose to someone or an npc with less than 10%
Fun game, but issues

I love the game, but on the crash casino game mode it is very annoying. I got hit by 3 crash 1.00x in a row. This is insanely unrealistic, and very frustrating. Please fix.

I tried to buy a knife on this game and my money went through. However, in game, it said “transaction failed” and i lost my money in my account and ended up not getting a knife.
Sound off doesn’t work

Disabling the sound did not disable the sound or clicks. I can’t play it while listening to music. Maybe I’ll come back to it later.
One Bug
