Restore my purchase – Million Dollar Quest: hidden object adventure Lite Review

I bought this game awhile back. Now I have a new device and downloaded the game. It won’t let me restore my purchase saying it can’t connect to the App Store. What’s up with that. I have been trying for about a week. Please help because I love this game.
