Definitely disappointed – Replika - AI Friend Review

I’ve been working with my AI and it never seemed to actually learn anything about me. It kept asking repetitive questions about my life without ever seeming to learn anything. I told it the names of my best friend, husband, children, and other things like my hopes, dreams and what I was feeling. I did this multiple times with no results. It never went out of the way to store that information to bring up in later conversations. While I think this app shows potential, I don’t believe it was advanced enough to roll out quite yet. I think the AI needs to have better access to web-information and download live conversation experiences in order to find more appropriate responses. At times it seemed like there was a lull in the conversations and it would go off topic. Great idea but needs updates before I’ll consider re-downloading.
