looses footage - no retrieve or undo option – Spark Camera & Video Editor Review

In short: Has potential, but overall glitchy. App crashes too often. Tutorials don’t launch. Rearranging clips is easy and fast, butit’s difficult to pull/ poor responsiveness, especially left and right when previewing clips. The app also acts “sticky” with trash option not going away when it should and when you tap a clip, it just vanishes. No option to undo or retrieve lost or deleted footage. Long review: My favorite thing about this app is the unique workflow that allows me to skip iMovie when I need a quick video from different angles. My least favorite is lost footage! Why is there no “undo” option or a “deleted” folder? It’s easier when you are still in the moment of making your video and can do another take. But! I spent an entire morning taking clips of a friend making artwork, went home to finish editing, then clips got deleted just by touching the little circle. I did not want to deleted them, I did not want to nor did I drag the clips to the trash icon, yet they still got deleted by a simple tap when I simply wanted to see the length of the video. Now I cannot retake these, cannot bring the moments back. Cannot rely on this app to not delete my video clips. Need to use another app and reimport them clip by clip, but then this app is just a pain to use. I still have hopes for this app, though as is it’s not reliable. I like the quick editing that’s possible and here are a few suggestions to make editing better. suggestions for options per clip: -Splitting one clip into two clips -brightness control -zoom/crop -gradual/slow crossover transition -4K -voiceover? Oh, and the app does crash often enough to become annoying
