Paid for Gems and Never Received Them – Creatures of Olympus Review

I paid $5 for 100 Gems, and they were never added. My bank account says that the purchase was made, yet the gem balance never updated in my game. I emailed the developers but received no reply, hopefully this gets me some assistance. I do enjoy the game and it’s a shame that something like this is keeping me from rating it higher.
