How do I get my data back?!!! – Asphalt 8: Airborne Review

I have had this game for a few years and love it. I have a BUNCH of stuff in it. Till this year when I got a brand new iPad. I have used the same iCloud and account as in my previous iPad. Now for some reason when I go to settings and go to restore purchases I type my passcode in, nothing happens. Then I go to login to Facebook and then it say either too many redirects or this page doesn’t exist. But for real this game is amazing!
