Life changing – UP® for UP Move™, UP24™, and wired UP® bands Review

This little device has been an invaluable asset. For anyone with memory or irregular sleep issues, it's a must! I bought it for fitness & then unexpectedly had several flukey concussions. It's taken several years to begin to get back to myself. The UpMove has been my "seeing eye dog"-letting me know how much I move (not much-still vertigo) & how much sleep-i often konked out without realizing it and my precious device tells me when & what quality sleep I had! It also tracks my fluid intake which helps insure my dizziness is not from dehydration. When I misplaced my old one, I was lost without it! Despite a tight budget, I immediately purchased another. Thank you Jawbone. (& for this model-I'm allergic to nickel and so can wear this with a clip or Voma enclosed wrist band. Very impt info re your new developments, I hope!)
