Love it! – UP® for UP Move™, UP24™, and wired UP® bands Review

I don't have to guess if I'm eating, sleeping and exercising like I should. All the suggestions for meeting and exceeding goals are great, too. UP helps me keep a body I can be proud of, because after all -- it is my "temple."
