Freemium game + horrible customer serivce + glitches= why bother – Soul Seeker Review

This game is fun and addicting in the beginning but, in order to progress in the game you will need to pay to play. Like injustice but more subtle. They give you a bunch of free stuff and op Heros at the beginning and after leveling up a few weeks or a month you will find that progress will move extremely slow unless you start buying their packages. Anybody who's played will know exactly what I'm talking about. Customer service is a joke. Their common response is as follows: “We are very sorry we are unable to assist you with your request at this time. If you have any other concerns or inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime. Best of luck gaming and have a lovely day! Thank you. Nani_Com2us” This is a normal response to problems with the game and they automatically consider it case closed once you've received this response. You will get a lot of these responses for any and all submitted errors and glitches with the game. Trust me this game is riddled with them. It's really sad bc the only reason I downloaded this game was bc of my good experience with inotia, it's sad how far down this developer has gone. Honestly you're better off not downloading any games from com2us, all of their games have become blatantly freemium. Play at your own risk
