App not fixed for iOS 11.2 – Autel Robotics Starlink Review

I’m wondering when Autel will read these reviews and fix the problem. Incidentally the entire support staff is in Vegas so the bragged about customer support line is a message that says “we’re in Vegas send us an email”. Frustrated doesn’t begin to express my disappointment. Their refusal to address a known issue is forcing me to consider a switch to dgi, at least they have third party apps that work so I can get my work done.
